Eligibility for this scheme is limited to women aged 16 to 60 years. To apply, applicant’s family annual income for rural areas should be Rs. 1,20,000/
or for urban areas Rs. 1,50,000/
should not exceed, as confirmed by the authorized officer. Only economically disadvantaged women in the country are eligible for this scheme, including widows and disabled women.
