Step 1: To get your Ayushman Card PDF, first you need to visit the official website https://bis.pmjay.gov.in/BIS/selfprintCard
Step 2: After that you have to select the Aadhaar number then three menus will open in which you have to fill the required details which are given in step 3.
Step 3: After selecting the Aadhaar number you will have to fill the name of the scheme in this scheme you have to select PMJAY then you have to select your state and then you have to enter your Aadhaar number.
Step 4: To proceed, now you have to tick the given condition and click on Generate OTP then a one time password i.e. OTP will be sent to the mobile number linked with Aadhaar number and this OTP has to be entered here.
Step 5 : After entering the OTP you will see the details on the screen with your name, there you will see download written on the side, by clicking on download, your Ayushman card PDF will be downloaded.
