For information, let us tell you that Ayushman Sabha was organized in about 7829 gram panchayat centers and urban wards across the state under the Ayushman Bhava Abhiyan in Dehradun.

How to create Ayushman Card by Aadhaar Card Number?
Creating an Ayushman card has now become very easy. If you have Aadhaar card then you can also apply for Ayushman card.

To generate Ayushman Card, you have to open the official website of Ayushman Card @ pmjay.gov.in.
Now you have to click on menu button.
Here in the portal option click on Village Level SECC Data option.
You will see Ayushman written on your gate, here you have to enter your mobile number and click on gate OTP.
OTP will be sent to your mobile number, you have to type that OTP and enter capture code and click on login option.
A small Ayushman Card form will open in front of you asking you State Name, District Name, Block Type, Block Name and Village Name, then you have to fill all these. and click.
As you search, you will see a PDF, you have to download it.
Now you have to open this PDF and search your name.
As soon as you know your name, there will be a Family ID next to your name, so take a screenshot of it.
Now you have to go to the nearest government hospital, UTI center or CSC center with your Aadhaar card and this family ID.
There your Ayushman card will be generated and given to you through your Aadhaar card.
This way you can create Ayushman card with your Aadhaar number.
