Vajpayee Bankable Yojana is a scheme to provide financial loans/assistance to cottage industry artisans through Nationalized Banks, Co-operative Banks, Public Sector Banks, Private Banks. The objective of Shri Vajpayee Bankable Yojana is to provide self-employment to the unemployed persons of urban and rural areas of Gujarat under the scheme. A disabled or blind person can also benefit from this scheme.

The loan limit for the beneficiary under Shri Vajpayee Bankable Yojana is fixed as follows.
(1) Maximum Rs.8 lakh for industrial sector.
(r) For service sector a maximum of Rs. 8 lakhs.
